BIO ALIMENTAR

At the beginning of 2024, BIOALIMENTAR reached out to revitalize its BIOMENTOS brand, aiming to align it with its new commercial architecture for the next 10 years.
 

After three months of simulations and collaborative work, it was concluded that BIOMENTOS would be phased out, and BIOALIMENTAR would become the Master Brand for all corporate and commercial communications, to be implemented across its Business Units.

New architecture

BIOMENTOS had 56 presentations based on species, category, and life stage.
 

To optimize and reduce bag production, all packaging was redesigned in form, content, and description, consolidating into a single presentation per species, where the same “generic” bag includes information for multiple life stages within the category.
 

This resulted in a reduction to 16 fully optimized packages, aligned with BIOALIMENTAR’s new Strategy and Commercial Architecture.

New to the family

As part of the new commercial definition, three new products were launched for a specific target group—CAMPO—in their Pig, Poultry, and Dairy presentations, maintaining optimal quality at a competitive price.
